Serio...I completely agree with everything you said! Seriously! I'm excited to be in Tonga, but I'm still pretty nervous (I don't think I have totally replaced my nervousness with excitement yet). I like what you said about how nothing can really prepare us for the actual experiences we will have their. It seems like we can do these things here, like interviewing people, or going up to strangers to enter their community. But these things will be so different when we get there and their really is no way to actually replicate those situations.
